Suitable for printing, filling-out, and mailing in.

Suitable for saving to your local hard drive, filling-out with your favorite text ditor, and sending in.

The following information will only be used for planning technology support at the conference and the production of the CHI 96 CD-ROM.

Early information on the type of equipment you would like to have for your presentation is vital for the technology support team's planning. Please make your requests as accurate as possible. Otherwise the conference may not be able to provide the equipment you need for your presentation. For categories with a submission deadline before October, once your work has been accepted a more detailed request regarding the technology support will be included in your Authors' Kit.
