Format

You should prepare a Proposal which will be used in the review process, a Summary to be published in the CHI 96 Conference Companion if the SIG is accepted, and an Electronic Version of the Summary to be published on the CHI 96 CD-ROM if the SIG is accepted.

Proposal.

Prepare a one-page proposal for review purposes describing how the SIG discussion will be organised.

Conference Companion Summary.

Prepare a one-page summary describing the SIG, suitable for publication in the CHI 96 Conference Companion.

The summary should begin with title, leader, leader contact information and keywords, and continue with a summary of the topic, issues and goals. It must be prepared in the Conference Proceedings Format except that no abstract is required.

Electronic Version.

Electronic versions of accepted SIG Summaries will be published on the CHI 96 CD-ROM. They are due at the same time as the rest of the submission.

The electronic version of the Summary must be provided on a disk (PC or Mac). The disk should have a label indicating the disk's type (PC or Mac), the primary author, the title of the submission, and the format of the file on the disk. Acceptable formats are listed on Cover Page Three. Make sure that you indicate also the format of electronic submission on Cover Page Three.
