Housing Reservation Form
The Housing Reservation Form is available in
Postscript (30k) and
RTF (54k) formats. You cannot
reserve housing for CHI 96 by email or the Web. You can, however, print out the
form, fill in your information, and then fax or surface mail it to the
Vancouver Housing Bureau. All of the necessary information is on the form. If
you have any problems with printing either of the forms, please contact
chi96-webmaster@acm.org.
You can also call the Vancouver Housing Bureau directly and give them the
information over the phone. Contact them at
1 800 240 8766 from anywhere in North America, and
+1 214 702 1030 from anywhere in the World
from Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Central US Time. Be sure to have several
hotels in mind when you call.
(And yes, the Vancouver Housing Bureau is really located in Texas!)
