SIG: Usability Engineering in Government Systems

This SIG session continues the series of gatherings of HCI
professionals involved in government projects at the local,
state/provincial, national, and international levels. It will
briefly review previously identified challenges and approaches,
summarize the February 26 symposium at NIST (an example of an
implemented approach), and explore what is needed to implement
other approaches.
