Organizer
- Lora Davenport, CompuServe
A direct result of the need for user-centered design and testing is
the challenge of establishing and evolving usability methodology as an
integral part of the development process within the corporate
environment. During theis SIG, individuals who have had a direct
impact on establishing and growing usability efforts in their
companies will share their successes, failures, and lessons learned.
The SIG will begin with a brief introduction to the issues, followed
by two 30-minute breakout sessions on different topics. Participants
will choose the topics that interest them most. The SIG will end with
a wrap-up session summarizing the discussions from each area.
