The comparison that we are taken to compares ontologies in terms
of the semantics of ontologies.  We are given a breakdown of the
changes that would have to be performed to transform the previously
saved ontology (labelled Documents-2-Just-Me-Newest) into the current
one.  As we can see, the simple act of changing the value of the
Subclass-Of slot from Document to Technical-document resulted in a
number of changes to the system and the values inherited by the class
Thesis. <P>
